Polarman, Iqaluit's very own superhero, was spotted at IFD's charity carwash this weekend. One of the beneficiaries of the event is Habitat for Humanity so it seems fitting that Fire Prevention's superhero should start a relationship with Polarman who takes pride in looking after the community. Perhaps together they can make this year's Fire Prevention week the biggest and best that our city has seen?
This year the theme is "protect your family from fire" and I encourage you all to participate. You can access resources to use at home, work and school from the NFPA website.
