Inspired by a YouTube video shared on Facebook by a friend I am setting out to practice yoga for at least 5 minutes every day for the whole of December.
And since I have been such an inadequate blogger, I am also committing to publishing a blog post each day.
It is 7:30am which is not too early for yoga, but I am snugly tucked up in bed watching Food Network so I will tackle that part of my pledge later today.
