Tonight I cooked up an East Indian feast. I used my "go to" naan bread and tikka marinade recipes from my Curry Bible cookbook then also tried out a new potato curry recipe that I found online. It was really very delicious and although the recipe seemed rather complicated I have to say it was worthwhile following. Try it for yourself by following this link.
